Can I travel any season of the year?

Yes, there is not any date restriction, as long as you meet the reservation dates.

How do I reserve my prefer date?

​

The reservation method is easy, once you have placed the purchase of your vacation plan, the agent will provide you with a PVM xxxxx code. You will be able to send an email with the details, such preferred dates to reservation@promovacations.com with a minimum of 45 days before the date of your travel, you will receive a confirmation code from our reservations department.

What do I need to be able to drive a car in USA?

​

You will need a valid drive license from your country of origin and being over 25 years old.

​

​

What do I need to pick the car up when I arrive?

​

A valid drive license from the country of origin and a valid credit card as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Dinners will be required.

Where do I pick the car up?

​

You can pick the car up in the Miami International Airport, Orlando International Airport or the Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport. At the assigned rent car office.

What does NOT include the car rent?

​

Optional charges as GPS, Baby’s car seats, Gasoline, insurance, additional drivers, cars improvements, taxes.

Can I buy more tan one promotion?

​

No, only one package per family, the group travels are not permitted.

​

How much time do I have to purchase the promotion?

​

The limit time for the acquisition of the promotion depends on the quantity and time that you offer each promotion in its different medium (web radio and television).

Once I purchase this package can use it immediately?

​

Yes, based on the availability of the travel date, the agent gestion and the reservation department coordination at the purchase time.

Can I add additional nights to my vacation plan?

​

Yes, based on the availability of the travel date, the agent gestion and the reservation department coordination at the purchase time.

 How long will I receive confirmation of my plan?

​

You will receive an email with the confirmation within 30 minutes after the promotion purchase.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

​

You have to make the reservation with at least 60 days before your travel stipulated date.

How long can I enjoy the package?

​

12 months from the purchase of the vacation plan without date restrictions, so if you do not have the travel date at the purchase moment, there is not any problem. You have enough time to plan your family vacation.

What is and is not included in the Bahamas Cruise?

 

The Bahamas cruise includes all unlimited meals, shows and entertainment for the whole family. The Cruise does not include alcoholic beverages, nor the taxes of departure from the international port and taxes of fuel and gratuity which are charged per person.

Do I want to buy tickets for Disney parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld or Bush Gardens can you help me?

​

Yes, we have a ticket sales department for all Orlando attractions and we have special discounts for our guests.

Are the flight tickets included?

​

No, flight tickets are not included in any of the promotions we offer.
